Les Dames of Cullman exists to create innovative and meaningful moments of mentorship between women of all ages. We believe that living out a life as a lady means going back for one another. In life, it isn’t IF we fall down, but rather WHEN. We want to build a community of women that WHEN you fall down, you know there is always someone willing to turn back and help pick you up.

YOU and every woman who likes to have fun we can get our hands on to be there with you dressed as a Witch!!! We encourage you to get a group of 4-8 women together and dress as a theme- if you Google “witches ride” we assure you will find plenty of inspiration!!! So come ready to have fun, make memories with the ladies who love and support you, as we all join forces to support the next generation of women. Together, we will build a bridge between what they have and what they need. Not many people like to talk about “that time of month” or having a period. But as women, we all know if happens every month. Let’s make sure every young woman in Cullman has the essentials to confidently go to school with the right feminine hygiene!

On March 19th, The Loft hosted a memorable evening featuring a panel discussion with three influential women from our community: Ashley Wilson of Curt's Closet, Vicki Karolewics, President of Wallace State Community College, and Susan Eller from Economic Development. These trailblazers shared their experiences of breaking barriers and achieving 'firsts' in various fields, offering insights into their journeys of resilience, leadership, and innovation.
Inspirational Stories: From Ashley’s dedication to the communities' needs, Vicki's leadership in education, to Susan’s economic development initiatives, each shared how they've impacted our community positively.
Engagement and Insight: The discussion was an interactive opportunity for attendees to gain wisdom, ask questions, and be inspired by the panelists' triumphs and challenges.
A Night of Unity and Motivation: The event was a celebration of achievement and a call to action for others to pursue their passions and make a difference in the community.
This evening at The Loft was a testament to the power of women’s leadership and the profound impact of community engagement. We thank our panelists and attendees for a truly inspiring night!
